These calculation tools, herein referred to as “models”, are the property of Water Quality & Treatment Solutions, Inc., herein WQTS, and are made available for public use at no fee. While these models were developed by WQTS for conducting various calculations based on theoretical and empirical principles, WQTS provides no guarantee of the accuracy of these calculations. By using these models, the user acknowledges and agrees that he or she is using them at his or her own risk.  In addition, by selecting “I AGREE”, the user hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WQTS, it’s owners, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers against any and all claims resulting from the access or use of these models by the user, or any other entity or person directly or indirectly employed by the user, for any purpose whatsoever.
